To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or if below 18, be acting with verified parental or guardian consent as a co-applicant
• Be a citizen or resident of India or be an Indian student or parent/guardian seeking an education loan
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all inquiry forms and communications
• Have genuine intent to pursue higher education at a recognised educational institution in India or abroad

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect fraudulent intent or misrepresentation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a minimum of 30 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), seated in New Delhi, with the award being final and binding.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page, post a notice on our website homepage for at least 14 days, and where required by law, notify registered users directly by email.
